About us
With five mens teams, two ladies teams and a mixed side, Imperial College Hockey Club can justifiably claim to cater for every standard of player at the university - from those who have never held a stick, right through to national level players!
ICHC is also one of the most successful London college hockey clubs in recent years, with a string of ULU league and cup titles. Amongst last season's achievements, our Men's 1st Team was promoted into the highest universities league for the South East, the Men's 2nd Team won their University of London league and the Ladies' 1st Team reached the finals of both ULU and BUCS conference cups.
As well as regular matches and training sessions on our top of the range pitch, we also offer a wide selection of social events throughout the year. From team curry nights and weekend tours, to black-tie dinners and other club wide events such as pub golf, the social side of hockey is an extremely important part of life in ICHC. Our annual summer tour combines mixed hockey with a great social life; with previous destinations including, most recently India, Ghana, Cyprus and Berlin.

Presidents Day 2010 is almost upon us!
This year it will be taking place on Saturday 15th May at Harlington Sports Ground.

The hockey club have learnt that a former member, Mohammed Riaz (2008-2009) has died following a terroist attack in Pakistan on 4th December 2009 - our thoughts are with his friends and family.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Hockey Club,
This summer, ICHC will be touring....Slovenia and Croatia!
We are planning to fly to Ljubljana, play some warm up games, then go to Zagreb, see some stuff, play a bit more hockey, and then spend a few days R+R in Split, on the adriatic coast, before flying home. Obviously plenty of fun, sun, frolics and misdemenours to be had.
Important stuff:
Dates: Sunday 27th June - Thursday 8th July (11 nights)
Cost: £250, reduced by up to £50 for members depending on the union subsidy...

It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Dr David Hardwick, our past president.
Dr Hardwick passed away on the 18th May 2009 after a long illness. Our thoughts are with his wife, Alison.
The club will be setting up a section on this website where tributes to Dr Hardwick can be posted. Further details to follow.
