Canterbury Festival 2006 14th-16th April

Canterbury, a city best known for its magnificent cathedral and high-brow culture, is host to this years Imperial Hockey Club mini tour; the awesome Easter Canterbury Hockey Festival.

The action packed long weekend spans the whole of the holiest few days in the Christian calendar - what better to do than partake in a merry weekend of camping, burnt sausages, intense alcoholic inebriation, and perhaps the odd spot of hungover mixed hockey?

This year, six intrepid members of ICHC are joining forces with the mighty (and ever so slightly scary) Puffins to create what will surely be a super-hybrid, yet awesome mixed team.

Check back afterwards (and probably après exams) for the photos and happenings (dodgy stories assured!). If you feel you've missed out on this cheapo chance of fun fret not, just remember to get involved early next year - enjoyment guaranteed!
